How Can I Change My Avatar?
You can change the color of your initials, choose from one of our avatars or upload a profile picture by clicking on your initials, then clicking "profile" from the account menu.
When you log in to ProjectManager for the first time, your initials will appear in the bottom left of your screen. Your initials, avatar or photo will appear throughout the software so you can be easily identified by your team.
If you've uploaded a profile picture and you'd like to use your initials or an avatar instead, navigate to the Profile settings and click the “x” button next to the photo to remove it.
In addition, you can access the following settings in the account menu:
- Alerts: Customize email alerts for you and your team.
- Security: Adjust team security per role or user.
- Holidays: Set country, global or personal holidays.
- Account: Access your account information.
- Manage Users: Manage user profiles, remove users, reactivate users and more.
