- Multi-Factor Authentication
- Account password settings
- SAML SSO

Available Account Roles for Security Customization
There are six available roles on an account level:
-
Global admin
-
Admin
-
Manager
-
Member
- Guest
-
Custom roles

Global Admin Access
The global admin role has the highest security permissions within the software. The user who signed up for the software, the account holder, will automatically become the global admin unless another global admin downgrades their role.
Unlike the admin role, security permissions for the global admin can’t be edited. You can see the account owner on the account popup > settings > account owner field. The account owner will always receive billing receipts and have access to the billing page, even if they have a different security role.
Role Security Settings
Here you can define what each user is allowed do within your workspace. Numerous settings can be applied to a role, you can find the setting definitions here.
You can see the distribution of these roles by hovering over the number next to the role.
Each role has a default setting, but each of these can be customized, with a few exceptions for administrators. The following settings must always be enabled for administrators:
-
Edit account security
-
Edit account and billing pages
- See user profile information
The Guest role cannot be edited.
Custom Roles
Custom roles allow you to create specialized roles for clients, contractors, and more. You can have unlimited custom roles inside of your account.
Custom roles are available by default on the Enterprise edition. If you’re not on the Enterprise edition and want to enable custom roles, contact us for more information.
Guest Licenses
Guest roles allow you to invite users to see the projects you would like to share with read-only access. Business editions are allowed 5 guest licenses, while enterprise editions are allowed unlimited guest licenses.
