Where do I go for technical questions?

You have two options for getting help:

✅ For questions related to technical content, labs, modules, certifications, or hands-on exercises, please post your questions in the appropriate Slack channel.

✅ Remember to tag your instructors in your Slack post:

This helps ensure your questions are answered by subject-matter experts in a timely manner.

✅ You can also join our weekly live instructor-led Office Hours/Q&A sessions to get your questions answered in real time. These sessions are hosted via Zoom and are listed in your learning platform calendar and announced in the CMB Slack announcements channel.

Where do I go for customer success support?

You can contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) by emailing bootcamp@digitalcloud.training if you need support with program accountability, motivation, recommended Tech Career Accelerator (TCA) resources, career guidance, or overall success planning.

Where do I go for career guidance?

Where do I go for account & platform support?

✅ Includes billing, course access, platform support, login issues, and related questions. 

Email us at bootcamp@digitalcloud.training if you need assistance with billing questions, account access issues (such as login, module, or password problems), or Slack access and troubleshooting.

The tech support team typically responds within 24–48 business hours. Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 9-5 PM EST. 

How do I manage my time while working through each module? 

Use the Dynamic Study Plan to stay on track.

Before starting a new module, access the Dynamic Study Plan in the 'Getting Started' section in each training module.

There, you can:
Make a copy of the study plan
✅ Set your start date and dedicated study hours
✅ Track daily tasks to stay on schedule

What is the purpose of engaging in Slack?

Engaging in Slack is a key part of the Digital Cloud Training experience and plays an important role in improving learning outcomes. Slack allows you to ask technical questions directly to instructors, receive feedback on projects and articles, and learn from questions and discussions shared by other Bootcamp members.

Slack is also the primary space for networking and collaboration. It helps you connect with peers, stay informed about course updates, and receive reminders and replays for live sessions and workshops.

Students who engage consistently in Slack often report stronger momentum, better accountability, and a more rewarding learning experience compared to those who work in isolation.

What does the job guarantee consist of, and how to activate it?

The job guarantee extension provides continued access and support beyond the standard 12-month Cloud Mastery Bootcamp subscription for eligible learners.

This extension includes ongoing access to live sessions, Slack support, career resources, 1-on-1 Customer Success Manager guidance, and accountability check-ins.

Eligibility for the guarantee is reviewed toward the end of your subscription period and is based on meeting the good-faith effort requirements outlined in your contract. These requirements typically demonstrate consistent engagement with training modules, assignments, and career-focused activities.

To determine eligibility, you need to schedule a call with your CSM at least two weeks before your subscription ends. During this call, your CSM will review your progress and confirm whether you qualify for the job guarantee extension.

If you’d like to discuss your eligibility, please book a call with your CSM at least two weeks prior to the end of your subscription.

How do I best implement the Tech Career Accelerator (TCA) into my study plan?

The recommended way to get started with the Tech Career Accelerator (TCA) is to begin with the 'Career Clarity' module as soon as possible.

This module helps you identify the most suitable cloud role based on your current skills, background, transferable experience, and non-negotiables (such as salary expectations, work schedule, and long-term goals).

Completing the 'Career Clarity' module is essential before working on your resume or LinkedIn profile as it ensures your job search materials are focused, intentional, and aligned with the right roles.

It is strongly recommended that you begin engaging with the TCA from day one of your studies. Even if you can only dedicate 30 minutes per week to watching these videos, early exposure to the concepts and strategies will put you ahead of the curve (even if you’re not yet ready to fully implement them).

The TCA is a key resource not only for learners pursuing their first cloud role, but also for those looking to advance in their current position or prepare for potential career changes in today’s evolving job market.

Will I receive a certification for the courses I’m completing as part of the Cloud Mastery Bootcamp?
