Orientation
- Meet and greet Dusit’s corporate executives
- Discover about our fast-growing and dynamic company
- Familiarize with the company culture that values diversity and innovation
- Participate in essential skills training programs
- Experience Dusit’s renowned products and services
- Engage in team building activities
Department Rotation
- Undertake hands-on tasks while assuming supervisory-level responsibilities
- Engage in cross-exposure opportunities with Dusit International’s hotels and business units
- Generate innovative ideas to enhance products, services, work processes
Specialisation
- Participate in comprehensive development activities tailored to address individual learning needs and enhance skills
- Lead a project aimed at transforming products, services, or work processes to elevate guest experience
Graduation
- Showcase projects and achievements
- Receive recognition for individual contributions and successful completion of the programme
- Prepare for the next career opportunities with confidence and enthusiasm
Throughout the journey, participants will:

Who We Are Looking For
BE THE LEAD
Eligibility Criteria
Open to graduates and alumni of Dusit Thani College with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. All academic requirements must be completed by October 2025.
Applicants should have relevant internship or work experience, showcasing practical industry exposure.
Demonstrate strong proficiency in English communication
Candidates must be willing and able to relocate and work in different locations as required by the program.
