Journalism 2027

Monica Garcia is a third-year journalism major and the arts and life assistant editor for the Long Beach Current. Before transferring to CSULB, she was the arts editor and Spanish assistant editor for her community college publication. Garcia also works as an administrative assistant and newsletter coordinator for a legal videography company. After graduation, she plans to become a multimedia journalist and specialize in arts and cultural advocacy.
