Lila consistently takes ownership of the host stand and creates a welcoming experience for guests from the moment they walk in. A natural leader and current hospitality management student, she is a staff favorite who is respected and loved by her teammates. Lila is always striving to elevate the guest experience while actively coaching and developing those around her, all while honoring and upholding the Lazlo’s way.

BRYAN KEHLER

Beer, Wine, and Spirits Manager, Head wait, & Bartender at Lazlo’s South

A 17-year veteran server and bartender, Bryan is also our Beer, Wine, and Spirits R&D Manager—the creative force behind many of the hand-crafted cocktails served at Lazlo’s and FireWorks! Since starting at Lazlo’s South in 2009, he has mastered the art of providing impeccable ninja-style service, creating unique and delicious cocktails and has become an expert in the people he serves. Just ask any of the Monday night regulars at South!

RAINE BLAIR

Associate Manager at Lazlo’s Omaha

Raine has stepped into an associate’s role and has been a strong support to the BOH team with a smile on her face. She ensures prep items are completed, steps up when extra help is needed, and has pushed herself beyond her comfort zone to learn line positions. Through her growing kitchen knowledge, she has earned the respect of her team and become a go-to resource for questions, all while maintaining a positive attitude.

Our in-house brewery, Empyrean Brewing Co.®, has been serving up small-batch, handcrafted ales since 1991. Our unique flavors and ingredients can’t be beat. Come experience beer and food pairings that are truly made for each other.

This restaurant is run for the enjoyment and satisfaction of our guests, not the convenience of the staff or the owners.

Everything on our menu is painstakingly created from scratch, because homemade food just tastes better. Not many restaurants do that anymore.

Any place that calls itself a brewery had better serve a great beer. We offer the freshest and best-tasting beers in town, brewed with the finest ingredients available. No preservatives here!

Any place that calls itself a grill ought to be able to cook a burger or a steak perfectly. If yours isn’t right, please let us know, we’ll correct it right away.
