No. Citizens do not have a fundamental right to strike. While the right to form trade unions is a fundamental right under Article 19(1)(c), the Supreme Court has clarified that the right to strike is merely a legal/statutory right subjected to reasonable restrictions under Industrial Dispute Act,1947 not a fundamental one.
