After the main State Bar Council election, the Chairman is chosen internally by the newly elected members. Once the council is officially formed, all elected members hold a meeting to vote for the Chairman and Vice-Chairman. The process is simple: candidates from among the elected members propose their names, and voting is done according to Bar Council rules. The member who receives the most votes becomes the Chairman. This internal election ensures that the leadership is selected by peers who understand the councilās needs. It helps create a stable, cooperative, and well-functioning Bar Council for advocates.
