For online enrollment, every State Bar Council asks for a few important documents. These documents help the council check your identity, your education, and your eligibility to become an advocate. The compulsory documents usually include:
LL.B. degree or provisional degree certificate
All semester/annual mark sheets
10th and 12th class certificates
Aadhaar, PAN card, or any valid ID proof
Address proof (Aadhaar, electricity bill, rent agreement, etc.)
Passport-size photographs
Signature (scanned)
Character certificate (if required by the state)
Category certificate (SC/ST/OBC), only if applicable
You must upload clear, readable scans of all documents. After submission, the Bar Council verifies everything. If all documents are correct, your enrollment is approved smoothly.
