Bar Council elections are conducted by the State Bar Council or the Bar Council of India, depending on which election it is. These councils make a special team called an Election Committee. This committee’s job is to plan the election, make rules, check who can vote, and count the votes. They make sure everything is fair and safe. Lawyers vote to choose their representatives. The Election Committee also announces the results. In simple words, the people who run and manage the Bar Council are the ones who also conduct the elections to choose new members.
