The Verification Process of the Bar Council is done to make sure that a lawyer’s documents and qualifications are genuine and correct. After completing a law degree, a student applies to their State Bar Council with all required documents, such as the LL.B. degree, mark sheets, identity proof, and enrollment form. The Bar Council checks all these documents carefully. Sometimes, they contact the college or university to confirm the degree is real. They also ensure that the candidate meets all rules for becoming a lawyer. Once everything is verified, the Bar Council issues a Provisional Enrolment Certificate or a final Enrollment Certificate. This allows the person to practice law legally. The process keeps the legal profession honest and protects everyone in the justice system
