I own 3 Langs. 2 at my business and one at home. Amazing smokers that will last you a lifetime if taken care of properly. All 3 were bought used and they are older but they are built like tanks.

Bought a Lang 36 Deluxe 2 years ago and have enjoyed cooking on it every single time. The warming cabinet is great for cold smoking sausages or beef jerky as you smoke a fatty brisket in the chamber. Wonderful cooker and beautiful craftsmanship.

I’ve owned my Lang Patio 48-inch smoker for almost 11 years now, and it’s still an absolute beast. This thing is built like a tank, virtually indestructible. All I ever need to do is replace the wheels and touch up the paint, and it’s ready to go. I can’t wait to fire it up again next year.

I have only had my Lang 48” Deluxe for about a week and I have already cooked 2 Briskets, 2 Boston Butts and 1slab of Baby Back ribs and everything has come out perfect on my Lang Smoker. Thank you Ben Lang Jr. for all of your expert advice, all of the way through construction and picking up my smoker. Everybody loves the looks of the smoker. I stopped on the way home to get something to eat and when I came out there was about 12 people standing around my smoker admiring the looks of it, of course I had to show them how it all works and the definition of how a reverse smoker works. They all left happy and all had one of Ben,s Business Cards. Thanks again Ben. I approved this message LOL.

every lang folk is so easy to work with. they take the time to explain every little detail asked. delivery was white glove (minus the glove of course). the smoker is made to a high spec. given we have metal working background we are hyper focused on the details and this by far exceeds our expectations.

Found a used 60 inch deluxe close to house for sale. Called the company with questions about the cooker. They took the time and answered every question.
My first competition we placed Grand Champion!! Other cooks have got folks wanting more BBQ. Lang Smokers are awesome !! Looking forward on a upgrade to a 84 deluxe.

What a great company to work with. Drive 900 miles on way, purchased our 48 deluxe patio smoker on the 19th and had it sitting on our patio the 24th. Everyone at Lang are so nice and helpful. We just love our new smoker, after cleaning and seasoning it we smoked chicken thighs last night that were incredible

I ordered my Lang 60” Deluxe on September 7,2021. I took delivery July 11, 2022 and it was well worth the wait. My cook this past weekend was 4 pork butts and 50 lbs of chicken leg quarters. I could not be happier with this smoker. Maintaining temperature was very easily accomplished and the moisture in the meats was amazing. Very happy with this purchase!!!!

Can’t wait to get mine. My family has been using Lang Smokers for more than 20 years. However I ordered and PAID for mine July ‘21 expecting a 90 day delivery based on the website and now at 210 days and still waiting. Emails responses have been great but always say it will be a few more months. Starting to lose hope.

Lang 36 Hybrid Deluxe. I bought it a year ago and wanted to get several cooks under my belt before I wrote this review. The cooker is exactly what Bens says " beyond compare" I love it... once I figured out how to manage the temperature the food has been off the charts, the taste, color/ bark is phenomenal people comment about everytime. The warmer was worth it, I am a backyard cook but the ability to heat beans cooked corn etc.. with the smoke flavor is great. I have even cold smoked homemade bacon in it. The charcoal grill is a great add as well; The only consideration would be the ability to adjust the grate level in relation to the coals.

Phenomenal experience from beginning to end. Ben and his team delivered high quality service to match their superior product. You can buy more expensive, but you can’t buy better. Custom work was exactly as requested and after two years of heavy use still looks and functions like it just rolled off the truck. Looking forward to decades of smoke as Lang builds them to last.

Previously, I had a pellet smoker that worked well yet such equipment has electric devices that can break and one must acquire pellets as fuel. Finding LANG Smokers, I recently received the 36" Patio Smoker with SS racks by way of delivery. For those looking for a high quality and well thought out product...look carefully at LANG. I am amazed that all constructional features are built with durability and purpose in mind...a solid Made in USA product. My first rack of ribs really hit the mark...tender, great smoke flavor, and fat rendered down nicely. Easy post cooking clean up too. Lastly, the delivery coordination with Wallace was seamless. Next up...a Boston Butt then onto Brisket...Buy a LANG.

Have a 48" Everything from ordering, changing order 2 times with upgrades. Really couldn't ask for better customer service and a quality product. The hardest part is the wait, but it's worth it.

I've had my Lang a little over two years now and I'll say its the best purchase I have made for my family in many years. I drove down to visit the factory and walked around looking. I had my mind set on buying a 36" patio model but ended up liking the size of the 48" model better. Placed my order and it was built in just a couple weeks. Both Ben's are outstanding people and I thoroughly enjoyed listening to senior Ben talking about his products. These guys went above and beyond my expectations as a customer and really blessed me with a fine product. I've cooked so much bbq on this thing, my circle of friends has expanded exponentially and I don't think its because they like me! I'm already saving up for my next one so I can be mobile and do more cooking for others just because I enjoy doing it. Thanks Lang family!

I have had my Lang 36″ Hybrid Deluxe Patio smoker for approximately three years now. This is absolutely one the best investments that I have made. After I got the hang of it, I went for the whole pig. Regardless of whether it is beef or pork ribs, pork butt or belly, brisket, leg of lamb, goat loin, venison (rump, loin, backstrap), chicken, turkey, duck, goose, gator tail, alpaca, boa, lobster, sausages, bacon mac & cheese, sweet potatoes...well you get the idea...the Lang makes me look really good.

"Ben,
I got my smoker on Tuesday evening and fired it up yesterday to season it. It went from 0-300 degrees in about 20 minutes and purred for 6 hours at 275 with a stick of hickory about every hour to hour 15 minutes. It's dialed in and I am more than pleased with the craftsmanship and the overall easy operation of it. Thanks for building an amazing smoker!"
