Ulrike
Teeth on neck and neck
to you a time again to wait and watch
a talking and taking of clock and time
-
Under dirt we're teeming for you
i swallow swords in your name
Under dirt we twist it up out through again
i clutterfly against rettling panes to shrivel
Under dirt we've made homely heartmud
-
Upside down and yelling
Inside for fun and for free
Crunched up telling
all running
all turning
no twisting
inspitting
Creshed and strangled into supple whorls
-
Sat watching him do something true,
and felt ashamed

Hello... I am a young law student who appreciates your musings on Twitter dot com. I go to a conservative law school in a conservative state and don't know anyone older than me who is a practicing Marxist attorney. I would like to DM you because I have questions about that but apparently Twitter requires money to do that. So if you are willing my twitter account is @fourmanaforever. Sorry to do this on your Substack but I figure it's worth a shot in the dark.
P.S., great poem. I think I will come back to it at least a few more times. I'm envious of your technical skill as a poet. There is no way you don't have more poems and it would be a great disservice if you didn't post more of them. (Please post more of them!)
