Above is a link to you who wanted to see my slides from the workshop I held last weekend. It was fun to share my experience on making comic with other aspiring writers and creators.
Hoping to do this again sometime. The sharing and seeing people evolve is a very warm and nice feeling!
GRIMLAND: ARMATUS
The Act one book in PDF form have been sent out to all the backers! The books that we have printed just arrived and Thomas will be packing them and shipping them off very soon!
I’m so excited to hear what people think of the first book and cant wait to share more of the rest of the trology!
I am currently in full swing with sketching out the layouts for all the pages on the next book. It will end up at about the same amount of pages (70-80 pages) and im currently sketching on page 66.
The layout stage is a very important stage. Thats where the planning and ideas form. Once I have a good grasp of how the pages will be structured I will go in and start doing the final page with finer details etc. Now it looks very loose and at times ugly, but most of this is just for myself and usually people dont see the process.

GRIMLAND DATA SHEET ZINE
I will be selling small print run of a zine over at Thought Bubble this year, it collects all the datasheets done so far. The datasheets contain lore and background info about the Grimland universe for those who want a bit more information about the works I have been plotting for the books.
Personally this is what I love to read and wish more creators did with their projects. Below is a sample page of what hasn’t been printed in any of the books yet.

Table at Thought Bubble
Super excited for November because I will be attending and having a table at Thought Bubble! So, if you’re planning to go, know that I will happily sign your copy of Grimland: Armatus!
