Ridiculously silly, but this is one of my favorite scenes in the fic. Just Face and Murdock being adorable.

Everything is so close to working out, and yet the boys can't seem to get things right.

This is apparently the first in a line of fics about these two? I don't even know, people. I'm using my kissbingo solely for them, so at least 5 more should be coming?

I went shopping with Christine, her husband Aaron, and their kid Connor today. Connor is nuts, but he kept telling me he loved me, so it was ok. He's turning 6 and repeatedly asked if I'd take off my shirt so he could see my boobies. I kept getting glares from the parents for laughing at him, but they were smirking the whole time, too. So whatever.

I found the most perfect pair of black boots in the world. Check them out!. They're exactly what I was looking for. I needed a cool pair of higher boots that I could wear with my Halloween costume but also wear under pants this winter at work. I'm in love with them. I also found this black lacey skirt thing for my Abby costume \o/

I scrubbed my bathroom tot he best of my ability. It's not perfect, but the Alden water apparently reacts badly with metal and the tub itself? There's spots that won't go back to white no matter how hard I scrub. I gave up. The shower at my dad's house looks roughly the same, so I think it's normal for this town? I also washed the kitchen and bathroom floors and tidied up a bit. I still have a lot of clutter, but it looks better? Whatever. If I get kicked out, then I'll deal with it. And Christine told me that a completely new fixture for the bathtub faucet would run around $30. And she does plumbing in her spare time. So I should hopefully be ok?

ps - I also found Sabres silly bandz! I'm 25 and they're cheesy and horrible, but I adore them. Right now I'm wearing a blue Buffalo, a yellow Sabertooth, a gray hockey helmet, and a pink ice skate. Since these are uh...for kids, the hockey stick was so tiny it hurt when I put it on. The rest are fine, though!

ETA: Ahahahaha! Trying to write but completely at a standstill because I don't know how the door system/chimes work on the Enterprise. How does someone announce they're at someone else's quarters? I know there's a fun noise but what happens on the outside. Is there a button? Ugh. Why can't they just knock? It would be easier. I AM LAME OK? *cries*

I know everyone hates these, but...
