My background spans a variety of tech fields - from full-stack web development to data engineering and recommendation models - with more than 7 years of experience.
In my free time, I enjoy building things, writing/reading poetry (in spanish), and doing some photography.

- I was part of DiscoTech, where we built recommendations pipelines applying state of the art ML to help customers to discover the best Amazon's products.

Remote, Colombia. 2021 — 2022- I was part of the Cloud Insights and Optimizations (CIAO)
- I was in charge of the analysis of unattributed costs across multiple AWS services, in which I applied FinOps, especially the Inform stage, adding USD $13.5 MM of unattributed AWS costs.
- I led cost optimization research of the largest buckets in S3 for the implementation of different storage classes (+ USD $600k in savings per year).
