First aid and CPR are good skills for anyone involved in adventure sports – just in case.
It is a requirement for the Padi Rescue course and all higher ratings.
Emergency First Response is a PADI affiliate that specializes in teaching these lifesaving skills – and they’re for anyone, not just divers.
Most PADI Instructors are also Emergency First Response Instructors!
Our dive center is located right by the sea, and our local dive site boasts crystal-clear water, excellent visibility, and a vibrant array of marine life, including various fish species, octopus, and more. Shore diving offers flexibility and convenience—without the need for a boat, we can explore the underwater world at almost any time of day.
The entry is slow and easy from the beach, leading to a sandy, flat plateau at 0-6m depth with pool-like conditions. Here, you’ll practice breathing, swimming, and buoyancy while getting used to being underwater. The seafloor is a mix of sand, rock, and seagrass, and the marine life is surprisingly diverse for a shore dive.
Common aquatic life at our dive site in Kos: Schools of fish, octopus, scorpionfish, rockfish, various breams, and more. Occasionally, you might spot amberjacks or baby tunas in the blue. There are also species unique to our waters, including Lessepsian immigrants from the Red Sea.

E-Learning
E-Learning (mandatory per student) 120€ per person, unless you buy the course elearning directly from padi.com and affiliate it with Kos Divers during registration. Padi e Learning is an excellent option to complete all your academics and exams at home prior your arrival in Kos (elearning price includes the certification fees)
