These milestones help with building a personal brand some of which I go by which is being accountable and disciplined.

I’m a Melbourne born and bred, fortunate or unfortunately I follow the AFL and yes I am a Collingwood supporter. I keep fit by training in the morning at the gym to start the day off. I’m passionate about all things business, health and wellness even in cold weather call me crazy. Training the body is like training the mind just with books, favorite book is Good to Great.
