Honestly didn’t expect much, but this plugin turned out to be a gem. Super easy to use, works right out of the box, and adds real value. Definitely keeping it in my stack.

Feature overkill

In addition to the promised effects this plugin loads fonts from Google fonts and adds lot’s of custom style options. Why not let the theme and wordpress handle fonts and styling, and let the plugin do only what it should do? So, that’s a no for me. If you need custom fonts for your animated text only and don’t mind loading Google Fonts, this might be for you. If you want to maintain consistency for those using the site, find another solution.

functional but need polishing

Nice WP “native” alternative to other typing effect plugins, but the current version still needs polishing, for example the cursor size and font/icon are fixed i.e. they do not change with text font style, which makes the plugin less useful in many scenarios.
