Amir is a digital and communications strategist with over 10 years of experience telling stories and running online campaigns for global brands, political campaigns, and national causes. He has supported several dozen candidates from Governor Jared Polis to Senator Udall, Reps. Chris Deluzio, Marcy Kaptur, Bill Pascrell, and more. He brings extensive campaign, brand, and business strategy experience. Amir has vast experience growing and leading a high-functioning team of talented digital practitioners. He leads a team that lives and breathes our values of audacious, impact-driven, and human-centered programs. In his free time, Amir likes to unplug and explore the outdoors, watch football, and experiment with new Persian dishes.
Andrew is a digital and political strategist with management and senior experience in every campaign department. He has helped re-elect members of Democratic House leadership in nationally viewed campaigns, flipped red-to-blue legislative seats, and managed DCCC red-to-blue campaigns. He brings extensive digital, communications, and political strategy experience. Andrew has vast experience growing campaign teams, hitting benchmarks, and making sure the candidate's message is consistently heard on the ground, online, and on the airwaves. In his free time, Andrew enjoys traveling to see Europe’s greatest sports rivalries, bragging about Connecticut pizza, being miserable about Philadelphia sports, and quoting The Wire.
Ben is a writer and photographer. He studied Political Science and Cognitive Brain Science at Tufts University and has extensive writing experience. He has created content for New York’s Gotham Writers Workshop and for Creative Time, the internationally known public arts organization. Ben is passionate about environmental conservation, livable and equitable cities, and racial and economic justice. He loves reading, making music, and spending time outdoors.
David Cutler is a values-driven visual designer and creative strategist based in Brooklyn, NY. He has nearly a decade of experience working with companies, organizations, causes, and campaigns on projects large and small. From full suite branding to strategic ad campaigns to animation and video, David brings a conceptual and thoughtful viewpoint to every piece he produces. When he’s not deep in his Photoshop files, you can find him playing volleyball, catching up on podcasts, or wandering his neighborhood looking for a snack.
Sedrick is a software engineer and developer with a background in audio engineering. A native Angeleno, he pivoted from a successful career in music to pursue his passion for technology, specializing in web, software, and app development, particularly for progressive causes and social impact. He’s a graduate of Santa Monica College and Loyola Marymount University and an alumnus of Snap Academies. At Kinetic, he supports technical projects across client and internal needs. In his free time, he enjoys R&B and jazz, art galleries, gardening, and keeping up with the latest Oscar contenders.
Noelle Laub is a political strategist with experience across organizing, operations, and research. She began her career working on at the local level, and later moved on to the Pete for America campaign, where she executed traditional field, digital, and relational organizing tactics. She went on to manage regional teams on high profile races like Amy McGrath for Senate and the Virginia Turnout Project, before transitioning into public opinion research. She worked in operations at HIT Strategies and later took on a more analytical role at Global Strategy Group, where she focused on crafting compelling messaging and uncovering the “why” behind voter attitudes. Noelle brings a collaborative, curious approach to her work and is passionate about telling stories that elevate progressive causes and drive real impact. Originally from northern Michigan, Noelle is a proud Michigan State alum. Outside of work, you’ll find her cooking or baking something ambitious, checking out new spots with friends, or heading up north to swim in Lake Michigan, hike through the woods, or snowboard in the wintertime.
Nicola Vigio is a Sr. Strategist focused on leading our firm's text rental programs. He has worked on some of the highest-profile digital teams in the country, the Biden campaign, and, managing digital programs at the DCCC to reelect all Frontline Democrats and flip Congressional seats in California, Colorado, New Mexico and Alaska; Nicola has cycles of experience on how Democrats and left-leaning organizations can communicate and raise money online.
After earning her degree in Public Relations and Digital Media Trends & Analytics from Penn State, Allison joined the Biden campaign in 2020 as a Field Organizer in southwestern Pennsylvania, then finished the cycle in Georgia for the Senate runoffs, supporting John Ossoff and Raphael Warnock. In 2022, she worked with the DCCC to run the field program in Colorado's highly competitive 8th Congressional district, which was won by a slim margin. She is based in Denver and spends her free time hanging with her roommate (her cat) or enjoying the mountains.
Shaban is a digital strategist with experience working on a wide range of digital programs. From red-to-blue Congressional races to statewide caucuses, he has helped raise millions for Democrats across the country. Shaban earned his degree in Public Administration from the University of Central Florida, and got his start in politics working for local races and organizations. In his free time, you can find him yapping with friends, trying new coffee shops, or catching up on shows.
