Before applying, make sure to check the Taken Characters and Reserves posts. Also, go read the FAQ and Rules pages.

There's a limit of one application per player at a time.

Also, keep in mind that Alice, Ventus, Vanitas, Terra, Eraqus, Mickey, Yen Sid, Braig, Xehanort, Roxas, Naminé, and Maleficent are characters that are not available to be apped at this time.

If you're applying for a KH-character, you must fill it out for their AU history unless the history from the Disney Movie could be used for it (Like say, Jack Skellington, Hercules, and Stitch.) If you're applying for a Disney character that hasn't appeared in Kingdom Hearts, treat them like a non-KH character unless it's the case of supporting cast from the older Disney cartoons. If that's the case, then feel free to link the Disney character wiki page and give a short amount of history for how the character fits into the AU here instead. Do the same if you're apping a character as having been a keyblade wielder before the start of the game, pointing out when they joined the order in regards to their canon. Feel free to private message Mags or IM him at Magnum Gamma if you need help figuring out how to fit a KH character's AU history together in the game [which shouldn't be much of a problem, except possibly for Aqua])

Affiliation: Put Either Keyblade Order, Maleficent, or other here. Keyblade Order = Good guys, Maleficent = legion of villains led by Maleficent and Braig, Other means people who are doing their own thing.

Rank: For members of the Keyblade Order only.

Either put New Student, Keyblade Wielder, Keyblade Master, or Other. Note that while the New Student rank could be those without a keyblade, obviously the Wielder and Master ranks need to posses keyblades. If you are applying for a full fledged Keyblade Wielder or Master, you need to have when they originally joined and how long you figured they took to reach that rank in the history section.

Special Powers: List all of the special abilities this character has, whether inborn such as magic or acquired such as with technological assistance.

Other Skills: What is your character good at beyond the obvious hitting first and asking questions later? This’ll help with placement into teams later on.

Keyblade: Choose from the list here or create your own. If you're choosing a keyblade from the games, you are not allowed to have your character have the Kingdom Key (unless your character is Riku), Kingdom Key D, Starseeker, Eraqus' Keyblade, Rainfall/Stormfall (unless the character is Aqua), Void Gear, Xehanort's Keyblade, the Keyblade of People's Hearts, Oblivion, Oathkeeper, Wayward Wind, Earthshaker/Ends of the Earth, Way to the Dawn, Chaos Ripper, No Name, Fenrir, the Ultima Weapons, and of course the X-blade. This is either due to them canonically being another character's Keyblade, important to the plot of the universe, or just plain overpowered stat-wise in the games that even without stats in the RP it still couldn't be a conceivable weapon for character use.

If you're making a character's keyblade design up, please state here if it's a transformed form of another item that's important to the character, similar to how Way to the Dawn is a transformed form of Soul Eater in Kingdom Hearts 2. (i.e. The Heart of Kandrakar for Will Vandom from W.I.T.C.H. Raising Heart for Nanoha from Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha, etc.)

Also, Riku is stuck with the Kingdom Key for the application.

However, keep in mind that just because you put the keyblade here doesn't mean there won't be opportunity for it to change during the course of the game.
