Our Story
Founded in 1983 by the McAleese family, Kells Irish Restaurant & Pub brings the traditions and culture of the Glens of Antrim to Seattle and offers a truly authentic Irish experience.
Located in Seattle’s iconic Pike Place Market, Kells occupies one of the oldest historic buildings in the city – the Butterworth Building, Seattle's first mortuary - bringing old town charm and Irish culture to life. In addition to superb dine-in areas, our banquet and private dining facility proves popular no matter what the season.
