Man, I keep losing the cases for my burnt CDs. Like, a week ago I was watching Whistle!, which I had burnt off of my computer because I HAVE WAY TOO MUCH CRAP ON IT. I remember putting it somewhere safe, thinking, "I have been losing the cases way to often lately. I must put a stop to this." Apparently it didn't work.

But while I'm on the topic of Whistle!, I would just like to point out that it is pretty awesome. Especially Fuwa. Fuwa is this lovely mix of Shin and Inui. Like, he goes on about data and stuff, and does things in the name of science like Inui, but at the same time he is a dork who has the same amount of common sense as Shin. (He was going to jump off a bridge to test if the river was actually able to kill him, because it was a place that found itself being used for suicide often. ...IN THE NAME OF SCIENCE.) ...And he has Shin's athletic-ness. BUT HIS VOICE ACTOR IS KIYASU KOUHEI. Which makes everything SO MUCH BETTER because it is like hearing Kaidou talking about data. Kind of. But sooo good. The animation quality of the games does, luckily, pick up after the first few episodes.

Also: Fujishiro is pretty cool. And that other tall guy from Musashino Mori.

AND SHIGE.

But a good thing about this series is the girls in it DON'T COMPLETELY SUCK. Like, Kojima is better at soccer than a ton of the guys on the team. (Then she goes and angsts about how she can't play soccer anymore because she's a girl, but she gets that idea knocked out of her pretty quickly.)
