A sudden increase in peak acceleration, indicating a potential bearing failure. It was found that an external oiler pump was not plumbed properly, and had no bearing flow. Upon inspection, it was confirmed that this lack of lubricant led to a bearing failure.
To fix the issue, the pump was taken offline and bearing internals were inspected and repaired.
