This new release includes several significant enhancements to features and improves usability in the following areas: Enhanced Help Desk queue and new hierarchical ticket capabilities, New Mac OS X scripting and software metering features, New Dell Openmanage Client and Server Update Services support, Secure offline network patching, and New Organizational Management Module for enhanced cross-organizational resource sharing and reporting.
