Installing extensions<\/a> for KB Support that have been purchased from the plugin store<\/a>, is quick and easy although\u00a0the process\u00a0differs slightly to those that you can download and install directly from the WordPress.org plugin repository<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Download your Files<\/h3>\n

Once you have completed your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to download your file(s). This\u00a0link will expire after 72 hours.<\/p>\n

If you wish to download your files again after this 72 hour period, you will need to register for an account<\/a> using the email address you completed your purchase with.\u00a0Upon completion, you can access the Your Account<\/a> section of our website to download your files and\u00a0manage your license keys.<\/p>\n

Installation<\/h3>\n

Once you have downloaded your plugin files<\/a>\u00a0login to your website’s admin pages.<\/p>\n

  1. Head to Plugins -> Add New<\/li>\n
  2. Click\u00a0Upload Plugin<\/strong> and then click to\u00a0Choose File<\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. Browse to the location where you saved the plugin file, and select it<\/li>\n
  4. Click\u00a0Install Now<\/strong> to begin uploading and installing the plugin<\/li>\n
  5. Once installation has completed. Click\u00a0Activate<\/strong> to activate the plugin<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Add License<\/h3>\n

    To ensure that you continue to receive updates to the plugin via WordPress whilst you have an active license, you need to enter and validate your license key. The key would have been emailed to you together with your purchase receipt, however, if you need to, you can also obtain it via the Your Account<\/a> section of our website<\/a>.<\/p>\n
