Dear Yuletide author, thank you so much for writing me a story. I know that my journal is empty, so I'll try to give you an idea of what my tastes are like. I read fics with all kinds of pairings whether het or slash, but prefer gen. I dislike character bashing even if it's of a character I personally don't like. My favorites are stories that don't necessarily stay true not to canon, but explore and use the characteristics of the universe they are set in.

My OTP in the series is Indy/Adventure. So going after yet another artifact or navigating the difficulties of daily life his way would be great. Generally I like to pretend that the fourth film doesn't exist, so please no references to it. If you want to include some romance go for it

I would love a story that focuses on Cosima. Maybe how she was before or how she found out about being a clone. Or the three ladies working together to uncover another part of the mystery.

Hannah is Belle, Belle is Hannah. Hannah isn't Belle, Belle isn't Hannah. I loved the moments on the show when Belle broke the fourth well and dispensed some advice or explanation on the particulars of her profession. I would love to see her before the start of the show working and being good at it and being at peace with the duality of her life. Or during the show but being happy.

Dom. Dom. Dom and Dom. Any fic that centers around him is going to make me very happy. The only thing I ask is no Brian and definitely no Dom/Brian. I just can't stand him.

Signal Boost: Return of the DDoS

From the article:

"LiveJournal isn’t just a social network. It’s also a platform for organizing civic action. Dozens of network projects and groups mobilize people to solve specific problems — from defending the rights of political prisoners to saving endangered historic architecture in Moscow."

So while I know many are considering the move over to Dreamwidth and other such sites, supporting LJ is a way we can help support those who use it for more than a writing/roleplaying/social venue.

Also, as a FYI, LJ is giving paid users effected by the outage two weeks of paid time as compensation.

<lj-repost button="Boost the Signal">
