Great concept. It would be even better if target spawning wasn't completely random, sometimes I need to wait 30s for my target to appear.

I'm amazed. Played the whole game. It was so chill and design is pretty satisfying. Music is very cozy too. I recommend adding some text so the player knows on which level he is atm and maybe if he gets stuck it should be easy to differ locked tiles from ones you can move. Good job! One of my favorites for sure.
