Base image. Cropped a Tori image, sharped and applied edge preserving smooth.


Some color... Set to Screen 48


Duplicated the base, desaturated slightly, set to Normal 56

Here I added a Levels Adjusment layer, but I don't remember the settings.


Same color from before, set to Soft Light 100.


Black, set to Color 33


Brush, set to Overlay 46


Same brush, set to Overlay 88.


Gradient by crumblingwalls {?}, set to Darken 42.


Brush set to Multiply 100, deleted some of it in the upper left corner.


Border made by selecting and filling, set to Normal 100.


A simple line, set to Normal 100.


Finally, the text {she wants to hear she's beautiful> in Georgia lower case, ste to probably 3-4, Normal 100.
