Hi, I’m Julia. I live in San Francisco and work as an Engineering Manager at Netflix, where I manage a hybrid product and platform team focused on AI driven localization. My team’s mission is to make experiencing Netflix feel immersive and meaningful, no matter what language you speak.

Previously at Netflix, I served as an engineering lead for Tudum and Netflix House, two zero-to-one business verticals launched at Netflix.

Before Netflix, I spent four years at Zillow in engineering and lead roles on Trulia, where I shipped multiple products from start to finish.

Outside of work, my partner, Jake Murzy and I contribute to open source projects, wine tasting, snowboarding, ice skating, surfing Linda Mar, sailing, golfing and traveling the world. Fun fact: So far we’ve made it to 30+ countries together and stopped by 13 different Netflix offices along the way.
