How We Work<\/h2>\n

ClimateCare is a 100% member-owned, democratic, co-operative organization. All activities are overseen by member-run committees and each member receives one vote. ClimateCare exists solely to promote the best interest of the individual members. Its primary goal is to increase member profitability and market share.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Since 1992, ClimateCare has developed a solid and successful network of quality driven independent residential HVAC contracting companies across Ontario which continues to grow. Our members are different in many ways, but we have a common vision, passion, a willingness to share and learn, and an unwavering commitment to long-term growth and success. <\/p>\n

ACTIVE MEMBERSHIP PARTICIPATION<\/h3>\n

A Board of Directors and Standing Committees made up of members oversee all activities, with critical decisions made by the membership. Each member company is expected to participate and contribute, and each company gets one vote.<\/p>\n
