OK anna, this is a place for us to gab about the happy valley, smith, and other such topics that are not of interest to the general public. to answer your question, I graduated in '03, but I started out w/ the class of '01 and took time off, so I don't know a ton of people in '03. I do still have a few friends in baldwin, though...after this semester, all my on-campus connections will be officially severed. except for the keys we copied illegally to certain community spaces...I still have those... ;)

and if it makes you feel any better, those rock-out shows I saw at the iron horse were a really long time ago, even before I was at smith...see, my dad used to live in noho, so when I'd come and visit, we'd almost always have dinner at fire and water, and then go see a show at the iron horse for a whopping $9.50. this was, like, ten years ago, before ani or dar were famous at all. actually, back in high school my little queer youth group once got ani to come and do a benefit show for us, so we could get our own space. that was cool-- my friend alisa just wrote her a letter that said something like, "dear ani, we are a queer youth group. please come and help us raise money!" and it actually worked, can you believe that?

LJ tech support page
ok K, here's a space where we can talk about all things technical. it's ironic, my mom still thinks I'm some kind of untouchable computer genius just cause I know how to use a search engine. I've been trying to teach her basic computer skills since the 6th grade, but she still asks questions so inane, it's clear that she doesn't even have a tenuous grasp on any of it (my favorite: "when does the internet close?")

ha, it worked! I made a link. now I'm on a roll. the next thing I need to figure out is how to post multiple links on one entry (ie, how to seperate them). I am officially open to constructive criticism.

hello world!
well hi out there. I can't imagine who might be reading this, since I haven't given the url to anyone, but even so, I have the most rediculous image in my head right now that I'm sort of hosting my own tv show...oh it gets better. my tv show, as it turns out, is the seasame street version of "masterpiece theater" (what did they call it? monsterpiece theater? damn, I can't remember). you know the one, if you were a kid in the early-to-mid-80's...the classical music comes on, and kermit the frog appears in a smoking jacket sitting in a humungous armchair, ready to intoduce you to today's story. well, kids, today, I am kermit the frog. here to intoduce you to the central topic of my fabulous page here: my fanfic. I've written quite a lot of groovy, all-american femmeslash over the years, since before I even knew what the word "slash" meant, and I've posted on all kinds of pages...but I've never had it all in one place. sadly, a lot of the older stuff is gone now, cause the webpages are defunct, and I didn't think to back up the originals...but here, for now, is some of my more recent stuff. you will find stories from such fandoms as charmed, buffy, and er, all starring various girl-on-girl pairings. I still can't imagine who's actually reading this, but if you are...well...bon appetit!
