When we started LlamaPReview, we wanted to build a better way to review code. Thanks to you, we grew to 527 active subscriptions and over 4,000 repositories. Seeing so many developers trust our tool has been one of the most rewarding experiences of our lives.

However, the software landscape is shifting beneath our feet. With the unstoppable wave of "Vibe Coding" and AI-native development workflows, the traditional AI code review SaaS model is rapidly becoming a relic of the past. As individual developers, we feel deeply humbled—and admittedly a bit small—in the face of this massive industry transformation. It has become clear that continuing to build a standalone review SaaS is no longer the right path forward, leaving us with a painful but necessary decision.
