I live in South Korea, brew beer, dry meat, play metal and develop games and other software. I'm a hobby photographer and use Mastodon and PieFed.

In Jilin City there is a natural phenomenon where when it's really cold the mist from the river sets on the trees during the nights and creates this beautiful view in the morning.

There is one thing traveling china which is terrible which I didn't forsee, people smoking everywhere despite a huge amount of 'No Smoking!' signs.
You can't go to a public toilet without meeting deep cigarette stench once inside. Oh you're having a awesome meal with the family and children? Don't mind the middle aged guy smoking at the next table while you're getting your food delivered, and so on.
