Set up by The Society of St. James in 2002, Jamie’s helps recycle all kinds of IT and computer equipment, both professionally and ethically. We’re located in Southampton.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Jamie’s Computers and Cafe in the Park<\/a> are the social enterprise arm of Society of St James. Jamie’s helps businesses and individuals recycle IT equipment professionally, ethically and with real purpose. <\/p>\n

Through the project, unwanted technology is reused, refurbished or responsibly recycled, while profits support Society of St James’ work tackling homelessness and social exclusion across the local community.<\/p>\n

70% of donated equipment is reused, recycled and upcycled to Microsoft standards. The rest is broken down into components and recycled, meaning that 0% of material goes to landfill.<\/p>\n
