Still so very lazy at updating here. XD Dear God. Anyways, what has happened since last entry:

1) Got into Obirin University with my friend for fall 2013 to fall 2014.

2) My average grade is still making me laugh because it's still ridiculous.

3) My thesis went quite well. It was on the topic of foreign fans view on Japanese idols, and I got a 9 (out of 10) for it which made me quite proud.

4) Recently fallen into the Sherlock fandom, and hard. I love that show. And I love Martin Freeman and Benedict Cumberbatch. It's embarrassing just how much of a Cumberbabe I've become. ._. Just.... those cheekbones and that face, and the voice I just ugh. Plus he's super adorable, just.... LOOK

"Woo-hoo." kills me every time. XD I just EUGH. I guess it's obvious how much of a fangirl I've become XD

Well, life so far:

1) last semester in Iceland
2) applied for 3 schools in the Tokyo area: Obirin, Tokai and Gakushuin. Cannot wait to know which school I'll be accepted!
3) My average grade for university makes me laugh because it's ridiculous. XD
4) Starting my final essay this semester!

So, it's for a 24 hr TV drama special called 車イスで僕は空を飛ぶ (I will fly to the sky in my wheelchair). I respect that Nino dyed his hair for the role, despite it looking rather strange (for now), because that shows that he is taking it seriously. Just like the time where he had to shave his head for Sukoshi wa, Ongaeshi ga Dekita kana.

Can't wait to read more on the drama SP itself!

Confirmation of Nerdyness

Seriously. Sometimes, my own brain boggles me.

So, last week our teacher had the 1st year take JLPT level 4 exam, an old one, just for fun. I was, of course, the nerd grabbing 393 points out of 400. *cough*To be fair, it was way too easy.

Anywho, my darling teacher asked me to step out of the classroom during recess and asked me what I felt about taking an old level 2 exam, together with one student from the 2nd year who she felt had potential to do somewhat good on it.

She was curious as to what score we might get. I told her that there was no way I'd manage to pass a level 2 one, but she felt that I could do well on the vocabulary part so I said yes. Said test was on Thursday this week. It was really hard, and I knew it would be hard. XD But I did the best I could and answered to my best knowledge, which is not bad. I got the score yesterday.

........................ I PASSED IT. Like, WTF. Seriously? I think I stared for the test for like minutes all "............... you're joking me right?" I. Passed. Level. 2. LEVEL 2. (albeit only got 280 out of 400 points) :| How the hell did I do it?

I just... I just want to thank Arashi. XD If I hadn't watched them I wouldn't have learned enough random crap to pass level 2. :| Holy crap. :|

Two weeks left of my first semester at school! o:
Then it's just finals, and if I'm not mistaken there are 4 of those.

I have three essays due, and one I've finished. It's due on the 15th of this month. The others aren't due until the 5th and 15th of December, but I'm 50% done with the 3-page one for the 5th and ca 30-40% done with the one for the 15th. (7-10 pages, have 2,5~3 pages done)

I also have a presentation on Kabuki for my Japanese culture class this month. I'm going to be so nervous but I'll do my best! XD

I can't believe my first semester is almost over.
I've been waiting for this for 7 years.

It's been much more fun than I hoped it would be. ♥
My teacher and 2 TA's are so much fun, and super nice, and just awesome.
My classmates are also awesome and so much fun. <3 I'm so happy our class is so 仲良し, that everyone gets along. |D

Yeah, so. I took Oh-chan (laptop) to get fixed today. So weird not... having him here. XD The guy said they'd get him fixed by Monday/Tuesday. I can't wait for my baby. ♥ He has been... stupid for the last couple of months, refusing to let me access the internet (the browsers) so.... computer guy said he has a virus. Yeah... I had suspected that. At least he's getting fixed. Also, they're going to... vacuum him out, cuz he's starting to heat up because of dirt and stuff. Damnit. At least I get 20% off the virus treatment cuz they (the shop) just celebrated their 2nd year. Awesome.

So lately I've been having some, erm, well not money troubles but like.... I'm worrying over money. Because... well, I have that to pay for and the books and I have no way enough money for it, dangit. Mom said she'd help pay up and I want to pay her back when I get paid but she... doesn't want me to. D: MOM. D: LET ME PAY YOU BACK. *CRIES* TAT

Ugh, anywho~! I picked up the 9 month buscard today and omg, because I bought it online I get 33% more for my money. In other words: IT LASTS FOR A WHOLE FRIGGIN' YEAR!! YES. EPIC.

School is only in 10 days. 10 days until university. 10. Days. I've been waiting 7 years for this. Holy crap. My life ♥ *cough* As most (?) of you know, I'm going to be... majoring... in Japanese language and culture. Basically 120 units. I'm not going to minor in anything, but I can ask to take 180 units of Japanese, meaning 1 year abroad. I'm going to do that. Holy fuck, yes I am. Got a schedule for the writing class and I've been looking at it and I can't wait!

Though.... it will be a bit easy at first *lol* learning katakana and hiragana, which I already know. That and ... like over 400 of the most random kanji ever (and of course, basic/simple ones), including 自動販売機 and 恐怖症. I can read more than write though.... anywho, I still can't wait! Classes will be fun |D

I'll have classes in Japanese history, culture, filmography and literature! 8D HOW AWESOME IS THAT. Plus I have a friend from Borgó joining me. She was really interested in Japanese and I went like "Come join me at Uni 8D" and she did! XD YAY. Plus! I know a girl/two girls that will be there that are ARASHI FANS. HOMG. EPICNESS WILL HAPPEN. SO HAPPY. ... and this friend from Borgó, whenever I watched boys she would watch with me. XD

.... now, this has been lengthy. I do apologize. I'll end this here~ I have an extra shift at work tonight so toodles ♥!

Well, yesterday I moved out of my old one and into my parents' room because they wanted me to. (笑)

I have a computer and everything and they only sleep in there so they thought it was unfair (plus my brother moved into the loft over the garage which is huge).

My average grade was 8,74 out of 10. Epic. ♥

Oh, and I got four.... achievement-award-acknowledgement thingies. Basically, I got four awesome books for being an awesome student (hardworking and stuff) in 4 different subjects: French, English, Icelandic and Danish.

I got a Danish novel, a book on French cuisine, a book on Icelandic grammar/spelling/etc and an epic dictionary of epicness: Merriam-Webster's Visual Dictionary.

It's fucking huge, and it was the thickest book they handed out to students that were called. XD

I was one of two people (we were both called) who got 4 awards, some others who were called either got 1 or 2. XD

I'm such a nerd.

BUT OMG, THIS MEANS THAT UNIVERSITY IS JUST AROUND THE CORNER, HOMG HOMG. ♥!!!
