Commitment<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"456\" data-end=\"661\">Weekly attendance is a core expectation of the tutoring program to ensure steady progress.<br data-start=\"546\" data-end=\"549\">Students should aim to attend all scheduled lessons, and no more than <strong data-start=\"619\" data-end=\"643\">two lessons per term<\/strong> should be missed.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"663\" data-end=\"917\">Attendance at each booked lesson is the <strong data-start=\"703\" data-end=\"731\">student\u2019s responsibility<\/strong>.<br data-start=\"732\" data-end=\"735\">If a student chooses not to attend or is absent without adequate notice, this will be considered a <strong data-start=\"834\" data-end=\"854\">delivered lesson<\/strong>, as preparation and time have been allocated for that session.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"919\" data-end=\"922\">\n<h3 data-start=\"924\" data-end=\"943\">Lesson Payments<\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"944\" data-end=\"1310\">\n<li data-start=\"944\" data-end=\"1046\">\n<p data-start=\"946\" data-end=\"1046\"><strong data-start=\"946\" data-end=\"964\">Term Payments:<\/strong> Payment is made in advance for the full term to secure a recurring lesson time.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1047\" data-end=\"1153\">\n<p data-start=\"1049\" data-end=\"1153\"><strong data-start=\"1049\" data-end=\"1069\">Holiday Lessons:<\/strong> During school holidays, lessons can be booked and paid for on a per-lesson basis.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1154\" data-end=\"1310\">\n<p data-start=\"1156\" data-end=\"1310\"><strong data-start=\"1156\" data-end=\"1174\">Late Payments:<\/strong> If payment is not received within <strong data-start=\"1209\" data-end=\"1230\">7 days of invoice<\/strong>, the student\u2019s reserved time may be forfeited and offered to another student.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1312\" data-end=\"1559\"><strong data-start=\"1312\" data-end=\"1332\">Discount Policy:<\/strong><br data-start=\"1332\" data-end=\"1335\">Discounts for students taking <strong data-start=\"1365\" data-end=\"1397\">two or more lessons per week<\/strong> only apply when the <strong data-start=\"1418\" data-end=\"1441\">entire term payment<\/strong> is made upfront.<br data-start=\"1458\" data-end=\"1461\">If payment is made on a per-lesson or partial-term basis, the standard single-lesson rate applies.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1561\" data-end=\"1564\">\n<h3 data-start=\"1566\" data-end=\"1597\">Refund &amp; Payment Protection<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1598\" data-end=\"1857\">All term payments are <strong data-start=\"1620\" data-end=\"1698\">non-refundable once lessons have commenced or resources have been provided<\/strong>, whichever occurs first.<br data-start=\"1723\" data-end=\"1726\">This includes any lesson preparation, materials, notes, essay feedback, or communication provided in advance of scheduled sessions.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1859\" data-end=\"2177\">Refunds are only available in verified cases of <strong data-start=\"1907\" data-end=\"1946\">duplicate or erroneous transactions<\/strong>, and will only be processed back to the <strong data-start=\"1987\" data-end=\"2034\">same account that made the original payment<\/strong> once verified.<br data-start=\"2049\" data-end=\"2052\">Requests based on payment method changes, funding or scholarship requirements, or change of mind do not qualify for a refund.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2179\" data-end=\"2329\">If a student chooses not to attend a scheduled or rescheduled lesson, the payment for that lesson remains valid and is not refundable or transferable.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"2331\" data-end=\"2334\">\n<h3 data-start=\"2336\" data-end=\"2354\">Missed Lessons<\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"2355\" data-end=\"2695\">\n<li data-start=\"2355\" data-end=\"2436\">\n<p data-start=\"2357\" data-end=\"2436\">A <strong data-start=\"2359\" data-end=\"2388\">minimum of 3 days\u2019 notice<\/strong> is required to reschedule or credit a lesson.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2437\" data-end=\"2592\">\n<p data-start=\"2439\" data-end=\"2592\">With adequate notice, lessons can be rescheduled to another time during the same or following week (Tuesday\u2013Thursday) or credited toward the next term.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2593\" data-end=\"2695\">\n<p data-start=\"2595\" data-end=\"2695\">Missed lessons with <strong data-start=\"2615\" data-end=\"2657\">less than 3 days\u2019 notice are forfeited<\/strong> and will not be credited or refunded.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"2697\" data-end=\"2700\">\n<h3 data-start=\"2702\" data-end=\"2718\">Cancellation<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2719\" data-end=\"2990\">You may cancel your enrolment at any time.<br data-start=\"2761\" data-end=\"2764\">However, prepaid term payments are <strong data-start=\"2799\" data-end=\"2817\">non-refundable<\/strong>, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid period.<br data-start=\"2891\" data-end=\"2894\">Any outstanding booked lessons or provided materials are considered delivered upon cancellation.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"2992\" data-end=\"2995\">\n<h3 data-start=\"2997\" data-end=\"3014\">Group Lessons<\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"3015\" data-end=\"3256\">\n<li data-start=\"3015\" data-end=\"3059\">\n<p data-start=\"3017\" data-end=\"3059\">Group sizes range from <strong data-start=\"3040\" data-end=\"3056\">2\u20137 students<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3060\" data-end=\"3171\">\n<p data-start=\"3062\" data-end=\"3171\">If one student in a 2-person group is absent, the lesson time for the remaining student will be <strong data-start=\"3158\" data-end=\"3168\">halved<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3172\" data-end=\"3256\">\n<p data-start=\"3174\" data-end=\"3256\">Group lessons follow the same 3-day notice and credit rules as individual lessons.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"3258\" data-end=\"3261\">\n<h3 data-start=\"3263\" data-end=\"3292\">Privacy &amp;
