Unfortunately, yes, the news about Kenji is true.

Thier blog was recently updated giving the whole story. All of the boys as well as the agency are ashamed to be addociated with such a mess.

For those who dont know, Kenji involved himself in an affair with an ex-wife of a yokuzoku guy(dunno if i spelled that right). It's speculated that it was just to cause publicity, however that is not an excuse for his behavior.

I ask you all to please not think less of Kenji as an actor for this. Think of him what you will as a person, but he is still an accomplished actor.

But, in everyone's shame and embarassment JackJack will be disbanded at the end of this month. Soon, i know.

All of the boys will also leave thier current agency.

If my translation is correct, the blog is pretty much saying that we all make stupid mistakes. Please forgive Kenji and do not hate him for this. And let's please understand that these boys are only human.

Kazunori Sugimoto is thier Representative who posted the blog. He gives a very formal, and very sincere apology on Kenji's behalf.

He also assures us that once he knows the future of Shinoda, Ryousuke, and Masakazu that he will inform us.

I will keep everyone updated on this as it develops

Following up to grumpychild's entry -

Because of the press coverage, and production company's lack of dealing with the press, JackJack members have decided to disband (;_;).
Aoki will be leaving any activities for a while, and Shinoda, Katou, and Nemoto will be trasnferring to another production company.

grumpychild explained about the scandal for us.
I don't know exactly how it happened, but Aoki apparently had to come out with the whole truth and answer to an interview of a weekly magazine. Of course once the press found out they were all over him and the other JackJack members. What's worse, some of the articles have called it Aoki's "trying to sell his name". Members had been forced to refrain from a few events recently. And today, the official site's blog revealved news that the group will be disbanding.

Yes he did a bad thing, but it really didn't really didn't have to come to this. Hopefully we'll see him back soon.
The official site says we'll hear about where the other members will be transferring later on.

Earlier this week, it was reported that after the Halloween Live of (I think) Jackjack, Aoki Kenji (Akazawa) was questioned by the media regarding his relationship with a model, who had been married to an ex-sumo wrestler-turned-sportscaster (wiki jp). (The couple have since divorced and much gossip can be found about their relationship here. For the interested, she has also been involved with others--most famously, the star of "Umizaru", a very interesting movie which also featured Kengo (2nd Tezuka/1st gen/Burimyu Aizen) and Saitou Takumi (Hyotei's Oshitari). So says Singapore's early morning Chinese-language gossip paper, "My Paper". For those interested in the other side of the story, her husband is reportedly a womaniser as well.)

This has more information regarding the relationship with Aoki Kenji (in Japanese). ETA: The page has disappeared, but basically,...

...apparently, she lent him money, he has repaid it, they had intimate physical relations, this was 3 plus years ago, they would communicate by email and phone messages, et cetera. Please don't shoot the messenger for reporting details on behalf of a non-existent page; if the presence of the details offends sensibilities, I'm sorry in advance and we can all scroll down because this is very painful. Also, I'm just repeating what babelfish said, so my rendition of the facts is as accurate as it is, but without the nonsensical sentence structure.

Aoki Kenji made his statement on his blog following the media reports. Then it appeared that steps would be taken for the movie "Light", which some of them appear in. Now it would appear that there is more, but I can't understand it. The boys were to have had a Live in November--I do believe Wiki said as much. As I cannot read Japanese, I shall not speculate, but the latest entry mentions the other members.

Iya~ Yesterdays live was the most fun!

This talk stage event has a different atmosphere; it felt good to sing again.

2 new songs were sang, but how were the songs?

By the way, the first song we sang was said to be Rockf Roll Nighth and composed poetry of disappointed loveh theme! JACKJACK first rock number was also made.

*Viva! By Osaka!! By Mitsu*

Bambino 2, Osaka performance has ended safely～(・∀・)

In Osaka I ate Takoyaki and Okonomiyaki. A lot of people were able to see Bambino and the experience was the best happiness. (*^_^*) [Takoyaki are round balls with batter and pieces of Octupus cooked in it, and okonomoyaki is a pan fried Japanese dish with various ingredients, Osaka is famous for them]
