FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESNTIonSssssss

"Can I use [CHARACTER] in [PROJECT]?"

  • I am fine with smaller scale projects that doesn't require a community or directly involve my characters into a major role (Ex; Easter Eggs, References, etc.). Please, if inclusions are made, please state that it's fan-made and doesn't involve me in any way.

  • Refrain from including any character of mine next to other characters that are in my blacklist. If they aren't in the list but are still deemed problematic by the community, I advise to not include them.

  • Make sure your project is not monetized in any way as most of my characters are derivative of other IPs, mainly Sonic.

  • Refrain from including my creations to any content that is deemed Offensive / Distasteful. (Ex: Hateful Content, Proship, Lolicon, etc.)

  • If the project is large in scale (Ex: Asyms), please make sure to ask first and get full confirmation from me. If no response is gathered, assume it as an automatic "No". I am not responsible for any progress that needs to be scrapped if  no direct confirmation was ever gotten from me.

  • If your project gets into major controversy, I as a creator can choose to disassociate myself with your work and pull my characters from it.

Violations of any of these are prone to permissions being revoked directly.

If there's anyone who claims to be me outside of these platforms, are probably not me.

I am fine with my characters being in projects, however, please read the terms below. Especially if your project is large in scale.

"What programs do you use to draw?"

I use:

  • CLIP STUDIO PAINT EX

  • Magma

"What happened to Hog and your older EXES?"

Not currently being focused on. I plan to return to them AT SOME POINT.

However, I've seen some pretty interesting fan projects that uses Hog and other characters. I'll name a few and you go check it out, yeah?

"How did you learn to draw Gore?"

I usually look up public medical photos of surgeries for reference.

Props and make up art from horror movies also helps.

It's not for everyone though, ironically I get squeamish if I stare for too long at something that looks real.(The GORE GUY is squeamish of GORE???? What the freak??)

"What about fanart? Can I draw [CHARACTER]?"

Of course! I love fan-art!!!

Compared to the terms above, I am less strict about it as they're drawings / content made by individuals.

However if it's something that is included in the BLACKLIST or is Offensive / Distasteful, I am less likely to interact with it.

I won't be regulating this ON EVERYONE EVER. There will be projects that I won't see, there will be projects made with spite, there will be projects that are TECHNICALLY violating my terms.

Use the terms as a guide to not have future issues with me. All I ask is to respect my boundaries and my decisions if they're ever crossed.
