Re-subscribed after letting my subscription lapse. Renewal offers were better on web site than on app. Me thinks app not updated as frequently. Also subscription took longer to process. Access was not instantaneous when processing using Apple Pay.

2023 Update - whoever was involved in the improvements UnlocatorVPN has made over the past 6 months needs a raise. Works perfectly now and have no issues connecting or disconnecting if needed. Traveling between countries (US, Korea, Japan, Philippines) without VPN issues is simply awesome! Thank you! Highly recommend to anyone traveling abroad. 5*2021- Just purchased 2 year plan. Had no problems for the first hour. Tried to add it to my other devices and was unsuccessful. Turned off my iPhone and iPad (which were running fine) to see if there was any issues with them being on at the same time and now I can’t connect at all. It says to check my Internet connection. Still trying but feels like a complete waste of $120.

Terrible billing practices, unauthorized charges

Cancelled my service because their DNS always fails on weekends so I can’t use any streaming services. I switched to another provider. After cancelling, and when my subscription ended, I started to get “come back” emails with discount codes. Then, suddenly, I get billed again out of nowhere for another year. I had deleted my card info and they still kept it, apparently. I asked to cancel and refund per their policy, and received no response for 4 days. When I started a chargeback with Amex, they wrote to tell me they’d only refund if I stopped the chargeback. Beware, they’re are shady.

Awesome For Streaming Abroad, Annoying Load Time For App

Great product, allows me to stream HBO and Netflix abroad which I could not do with other VPNs. But the app can be very annoying. Often I have to wait 30-45 seconds, sometimes more, for the app to load and give me the option to turn off the VPN- which is necessary a lot bc the connection is much slower on it. The app should let you flick it off right away so I don’t have to wait for internet until it loads/connects at first.
