isn't this essentially a "are you religious" question? in that case, no, i believe we choose our own fate and our own destiny. other people influence our destiny but i don't think there is a higher power that determines it.

Because of the earthquake in haiti recently, facebook groups have been made that say they will "donate 1 dollar" or "5 cents to haiti for every person that joins". Come on, that is not FUCKING GOING TO HAPPEN. the group will have over a million people, and certainly no person is rich enough on facebook to donate a million dollars or even fifty thousand dollars to haiti. -_- instead of joining these stupid groups, YOU should donate money to help haiti.
