In Ander's Loophole, take on the role of a district mapper to ensure "fair" electoral districts. Draw loops around houses affiliated with either the Technocratic or People's United parties to pack the city council with those who pay your salary. How do you edit a placed district?

You can redo a district by double-clicking on the district. This will remove the district, but let you redraw it!
