Not impressed!

Ambrosia has been promising a new major version since iOS 5 was released...Almost 6 months later and nothing. As a paying customer, I see where I rank on their priority list. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time Ambrosia has provided bad support to paying customers. I had a bad experience with them back in the OS 8 or 9 days and swore that I'd never buy another of their products again. I found that iToner, when it was compatible with iTunes and iOS worked better than the other options out there. However, they lag pretty far behind the curve on keeping the software updated for new iTunes & iOS releases. I think they should just declare the product dead (End of Life) to remove all doubt.

I have been using Itoner for a few years and I have a big qualm with their customer support and recent response of not fixing itoner for 64 bit iTunes (basically you lose all your ringtones after every sync). Instead they tell you to run iTunes as 32bit and since that method works they aren't focusing on updating itoner presently as according to them they don't see an issue. I would avoid them for the poor attitude of support.

Nakko.com has many thousands of Ringtones for FREE. I have dozens that work fine on my iPhone.
