James is a seasoned IT leader with a passion for giving back. A proud U.S. Navy veteran and University of West Florida graduate, he leverages his 20+ years of experience to drive success as Senior Program Director at Global Business Solutions (GBSI) in Pensacola, FL. Throughout his career, he has thrived in diverse IT roles, from crafting software as a developer to leading development teams and architecting enterprise solutions. Today, he helps spearhead GBSI’s growth by managing several federal contracts and collaborating with the company’s proposal team to secure new opportunities. When not guiding projects, James actively contributes to the community through participation with UWF as a student mentor and working with professional organizations like IT Gulf Coast and ITEN Wired. Outside of work James enjoys outdoor activities like golf, tennis or pickleball, and with any remaining free time you might find him on a tractor working on his property.
