Description: The BDMS will be updated on Sunday, May 10, 2026 starting at 7:00am. During the update, Xtender will be unavailable.
System/Service: PaperCut Upgrade
When: Sunday, May 10th from 8:00am - 10:00am
Description: PiratePrint will be undergoing a version upgrade on Sunday, May 10th from 8:00am - 10:00am. Printers that use this service, along with the PiratePrint client website, will be intermittently unavailable during this time.
System/Service: Windows 11 Feature Update
Description: ITCS will release the Windows 11 feature update (version 25H2) as part of this month's Windows updates. The update process will follow the standard monthly update procedure, though additional reboots may be required. Please save all work before updates are installed.

IT Systems Maintenance Schedule
Please keep in mind that regular maintenance on all computing systems is performed on Sundays between the hours of 5:00 am - 12:00 pm. If there are other times that systems will be down, notification will be sent through ITCS Notifications.
