Thank you so much Pixel Tanuki! This warms up my heart, and I'm happy that quite a few folks have liked it. I feel like I finally made a game I can be proud of!
I will definitely expand the game, and I already have some ideas that won't be too much of a pain since I made sure during development that I could easily add more stuff in the future. I will try my best to take the concept and make it the best I can! But for now, a little break until the voting ends.
Thanks again, and I loved the worldbuilding of your game, as well as the googoogagas (saw the game on stream). Please, expand it too!
Nice game! I really liked the art and the atmosphere, especially at the end too. I admit it took me long and a lot of trial and error to understand what I was supposed to do/find the correct house, as I was not sure why some houses appeared with an outline without being interactable, or why some stuff were in a blue "holographic" state.
But it was nice to play! Good job everyone!
I love the ambience! Really show how much you can achieve with not a lot of assets.
I really liked the idea too and tried maybe 20 times. Only got some mutual homicides at best.
I feel like sometimes I should have got the kill, and got killed instead? I think the player hitbox is really big.
Please continue your game if you feel like it, I like the concept very much!
Congrats
Hey! Thank you for featuring my game! The inconsistencies in the witness testimony (having lunch at 6pm) are part of the game, and a few dialogues after you have to forge evidence to prove the inconsistency in his testimony. You have 3 choices, which are to Fake fingerprints, send a letter or put witness blood on a knife.
Sadly, my game doesn't really suit a video since it's basically dialogs. I didn't manage to include as much gameplay as I wanted.
Would love to see you play other jam games.
