I published my project as a paid project, but I noticed some strange downloads. Specifically, unpaid downloads; people are downloading without paying anything. I want to know if there's a problem with my project.

I uploaded my first project to Itch, but after several months it still hasn't been indexed. I don't know why and I'm also unsure how to get support because Itch support's email seems to be inactive. I have read the docs about how to index on Itch, and have waited several months.

Tilesets, the price for 1 unique tile: 16x16 - 9 $, 32x32 - 15$, 48x48 - 25$. Everything else, including drawing the environment, UI, final mapping, etc. is paid at an hourly rate of $15/hour.
