I'm super excited to share the first demo / proof-of-concept to a project I've been working on solo for the past 2 years - Hypertrig! So far, you can experience the first level, get a feel for what the gameplay is like, check out the unique weapons, & aim for the high score...all while maybe finding some secrets!

Hypertrig is a run-&-gun + 2D platformer hybrid inspired by early 90s scrolling shooters, such as Gunstar Heroes and Mega Man X. You play as a (sort-of) silent protagonist with no memory of how he's ended up in his current predicament; trapped in some labyrinthine sprawl of lab complex. Using super-powerful movement techniques (such as dashing, slamming, and even object throwing!) and a wide selection of unique attack types, take down the hordes of enemies that lay ahead of you! Just don't expect it to be too easy...

While this proof-of-concept demo only includes the first level, I do plan on having the rest of World 1 out in another free demo within the next couple of months! I would love to share more on that when the time comes; so hopefully you enjoy what I can put on display for the time being! Of course, feedback is always appreciated!
