I have a headache today. Been a bit of a weird time really, I keep getting quick snapshot memories of events leading up to my dads death. And a feeling like I am not only getting the memory, but reliving what actually happened, and what I was doing. It's not overwhelming as far as PTSD goes, it's just present. In ten minutes I would have finished school and would be on my way to meet him at the doctors surgery, unfortunately he didn't turn up and things just spiraled from there. I don't really want to think about it. I'm not sure if I should mention what today is in an email to my brother, I don't know how he feels about it. I did two hours of study and finally got my photo shopped pictures into the project, they aren't great but at least it shows I have used the application, still a tonne more work to do, but the headache might put an end to any further work today. I still have to clean the house, the aquarium and the car but bleh, I wish I had something nice to eat and drink. I guess I'm sad, and still nobody knows.
