A Huge thank you to your cleaners this weekend.

They were perfect for our company, and it was the first time we’d done the Sunday event, so we were really prepared for the level of cleaning needed post-event (more than usual)

Danielle was great at taking instruction and prioritising areas within the time we had so would definitely use it again in future when our regular cleaner is away.

We have used IPM for 2 years now for both cleaning and security at a nightclub, and found them to be reliable, passionate and always able to meet our demands, even at short notice.

IPM Group have been exceptionally helpful and informative.  We wanted access to the site and the solution that IPM Group put forward, the Intelipod ticked all the boxes.  The Intelipod has given us the opportunity to track and monitor who is on our site, which means we have been able to easily pull fire role calls and query sub-contractors if needed.

I think the Intelipod has been a great help on the site and we would look to recommend it for future works.

After closing the venue on 20th March 2020 following government closures of bars and restaurants, we have recently started to trade as a collection and take-a-way operation. We contacted IPM for their support to safely open our venue. They initially gave the venue an extensive deep clean, provided the venue with much needed PPE (face masks, gloves and alcohol sanitisers) and marked out social distances markers for our staff and customers. IPM ensured we had safe working practices throughout the business. We would highly recommend their services to any business.

It was an exciting time for SBD when our new HQ was handed over, and in understanding we had a large ‘fit out’ ahead of us, we needed to ensure the building was secure and the site safe for our contractors.  IPM responded quickly to establish a manned guard and install an external monitored CCTV system to provide whole site coverage, with an immediate security response.  As part of the fit out, we worked together to understand SBD’s security needs and IPM have now installed a multilevel system that includes internal and external CCTV, access control and burglar alarm.  We will continue working with IPM to review our systems, protecting ourselves and supporting our neighbours on the Advanced Manufacturing Park.

As IPM offer a comprehensive range of services, they’ve always been able to adapt any proposal to accommodate our specific needs, which is convenient and reassuring they have our security requirements fully covered.  We are happy to recommend IPM as a complete security provider!

I just wanted to let you know of an amazing welcome from Rotherham that we experienced at the weekend.

Firstly I arrived at a nearby car park but was 60p short of change for the machine.  A steward who had just parked up kindly gave me the change I needed.

Outside the ground, we were approached by a number of Rotherham fans who were happy to chat and wish us the best for the game.

It was also great to see the Rotherham players stop for photos with their young fans before the game.

The away stewards were also very welcoming and wished us a safe journey home when we left the ground at the end of the game.

I am pleased to state that my experience of IPM Group to date is of an exceptional nature. On a challenging site, severely overlooked and in a vulnerable location IPM ensured man guards were available with a presence onsite at extremely short notice, meanwhile, the IPM team turned around a camera system solution to propose to ourselves within 24 hours. IPM don’t only offer a fantastic security service once appointed, but are also helpful, friendly and approachable at pre-contract stage.

In the one security breach incident we have suffered to date on this scheme, IPM acted immediately, informing us of the incident, and resulting in the offenders being arrested and prosecuted that same evening.
